Litigation Attorney - Insurance Defense The candidate will work on a defense team. Conduct legal research. Draft complex pleadings, motions, briefs, and appellate briefs by filing deadlines. Conduct depositions. Make court appearances. Must have 2+ years of experience preferred as a litigation attorney with active Georgia Bar membership in good standing. Trial experience, with insurance defense or property/casualty defense experience preferred and working experience with medical records review a plus. Excellent academic credentials and referrals is required. Should have strong written and verbal communication skills and willingness to work in a team with support staff.
