Personal Injury/Defense Paralegal The candidate should have 2+ years of experience. Must have excellent computer skills and who is fully familiar with e-filing documents and digital dictation. Should have experience preparing and filing motions in all venues, preparing Answers and discovery responses; and preparing all relevant Court-related forms, such as RJI's, Notes of Issue, Jury Demands, etc. Experience in processing authorizations, obtaining medical records and a knowledge of Bill Quick is preferable.
