Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will handle all aspects of personal injuries claim which includes screening new client intake calls, requesting police reports and medical records, tracking case progress, maintaining constant communication and follow-ups with clients, handling property damage claims, writing demand letters, negotiating liens and more. Will handle all litigation aspects of personal injury cases including but not limited to: filing S&C, managing multiple calendars, filing court documents, coordinating depositions, calendaring deadlines, discovery, preparing for trials, etc. 1-2 years of PI experience (litigation experience preferred). Must have excellent writing, communication and organizational skills.
