Temporary Paralegal - Immigration The candidate will be managing client relations, legal research, drafting RFE and PERM Audit responses, filing non-immigrant petitions, conducting document analysis, and drafting legal documents. Will be drafting and filing H-1B, L-1, TN, E1/E2, E-3, P-1, O-1 and other non-immigrant Petitions. Drafting and filing Immigrant/permanent resident processes filings, including PERM labor certifications, I-140 Petitions, Multinational manager, NIW, Outstanding Researcher, EB-2 and EB-3 employment/PERM-based, etc.; I-130 Petitions, and I-485 applications. The candidate should have 3+ years of prior legal experience. Completion of a Bachelor's degree and of a paralegal certificate are needed for consideration. Should have experience and knowledge requirements for various types of non-immigrant and immigrant visas and client processes. Experience drafting RFE and PERM Audit responses, and drafting/filing immigrant and non-immigrant petitions, including Outstanding Researcher and PERM essential. Must have excellent legal writing skills. I-9 knowledge and audit experience would be beneficial. Prior Immigrations experience needed for consideration.
