Part-time Personal Injury Paralegal Duties: Maintain a case load of 75+ clients. Communicate frequently with those clients. Maintain a pleasant demeanor while communicating with a wide variety of personality types. Encourage clients to follow up with physician-recommended medical treatment. Communicate with insurance adjusters to address issues such as policy limits, treatment status, and other matters relevant to the case. Coordinate with the Firm s support teams to request documentation needed for the case. Verify with clients that treatment is complete, and the firm has all the necessary records and bills before submitting the case to the firm s attorneys and paralegals for demand writing and negotiation. Qualifications: 3 years' Personal Injury experience preferred. Ability to conduct nearly all business over the phone. Strong listening and communication skills. Problem Solving Skills. Explaining difficult legal and insurance concepts to clients under attorney direction. Operate with little to no tech support Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel). Spanish Speaking is a plus.
