Professional Liability Litigation Attorney The candidate will be expected to participate in and oversee written discovery, take and defend depositions, and participate in extensive motion practice and oral arguments. Should have JD from an ABA-approved Law School. Must be admitted to the NJ bar. Must have 2 years of professional liability litigation experience. Outstanding research, writing and oral advocacy skills needed. Must have excellent academic credentials and interpersonal skills.
