Attorney - Personal Injury Pre-Litigation The candidate will be expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence and respect. Will also provide clients with updates and communicate with insurance companies from time to time regarding status of claims, demands and offers. Should have 1+ year of litigation experience. Must be Member of the Georgia Bar and in good standing. Should have experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc. Must have superb negotiation skills. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Spanish speaking a plus.
