Part Time Remote Attorney The candidate will conduct legal research on a variety of legal topics including: intellectual property, international trade/business, taxation and immigration, business strategy. Research-related duties include drafting memos. Create, review and provide input on documentation and agreements. Must have excellent research, writing and communication skills. Must be well organized, an efficient worker, a leader, and manage cases from inception through completion. Must have the equipment, ability, and knowledge to work remotely including reliable computer and internet connection and a quiet place to work (due to need for conference calls with the team). Must have a working knowledge and experience using programs and applications for remote work. Must be currently licensed to practice law in Michigan and have 3+ years of either in house or law firm experience. Preferred experience in securities or tax. Preferred bilingual in English and Mandarin.
