Experienced Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have experience in Civil Litigation. Will be calendaring, e-filing, drafting complaints, handling discovery, medical summaries, scheduling hearings and depositions. Must have experience in a Plaintiff's personal injury law firm. Must be willing to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Bilingual is plus. Experience with Trialworks Case Management Software is a plus.
