Temporary Business Immigration Attorney The candidate will be responsible for: drafting company letters in support of petitions, reviewing exhibits to confirm eligibility, drafting responses to requests for evidence and researching best practices. Experience in O, H, L, E, TN, I-140 and PERM filings required. Must be a licensed US attorney with 3+ years of experience in drafting of US inbound petitions.
