Trademark clearance, application filing, application prosecution, and registration maintenance for. U.S. and international trademarks. Assist with international opposition and cancellations proceedings as needed. Finalize and submit UDRP Complaints. Prepare and manage client dockets. Data entry, time entry, document preparation, and coverage on projects as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred. 5+ years of trademark experience. Strong attention to detail. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with the firm s attorneys, and clients. Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize work to meet all client commitment. dates.
