Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for Researching law; Contacting USCIS/NVC regarding clients cases; Writing Memos, declarations, affidavits, and etc.; Preparing clients application/petitions/cover letters and etc.; Contacting Client regarding missing information, sending checklists, giving case updates, and etc.; Filling Clients petitions. Must have good writing skills to write affidavits and declarations. Experience is preferred. Bachelor's is desired.
