Paralegal - Commercial Litigation Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in case management from inception through trial. Assisting with filings and services. Collection and review of documents. Preparation of documents for production. Helping attorneys prepare for depositions and preparing for and assisting at hearings and trial. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, Paralegal Certification and Registered Paralegal preferred. 3-5 years of litigation paralegal experience preferred. Strong litigation experience in both state and federal courts. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Westlaw and e-Discovery tools. Exceptional time management and organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communications skills are essential.
