Immigration Attorney The candidate will delegate work to paralegals and legal assistants and will be responsible for reviewing their work. Manage a large caseload. Independently handle decision making on a case by case basis. Regularly consult with clients and other parties as needed to effectively move cases forward to completion. Develop strategic approaches and provide leadership and direction to paralegals and legal assistants. Work as part of a team with all levels of experiences. Cultivate relationships with the firm's existing and future clients. Foster and maintain an excellent rapport with clients through consistent communication and thorough advisement. Graduate from an accredited law school is required. Should have 1+ years experience in immigration law or other law office setting. Should be licensed to practice law in the United States. Be in good standing with the Bar Association is required. Spanish skills are required.
