Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will handle a heavy caseload. Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English). Must have 1-2 years of minimum personal injury experience. Must have excellent negotiation and communication skills. Must be comfortable in making decisions in a fast-paced environment. Effective problem solving and consultation skills to resolve potential client concerns or questions are required. Must have a general understanding of auto accidents, slip & falls, and workers' compensation claims. Must be an Active member and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
