Junior Associate Attorney (Immigration) The candidate will be involved in a wide variety of areas of immigration law, including all non-immigrant visas, asylum, transactional work, consular processing, representing clients before USCIS interviews and EOIR / district court / circuit court hearings, post-conviction relief, and all federal litigation and appellate work. Qualifications: Experience in immigration law a plus. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in another language is a plus.
