Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will handle pre-litigation matters primarily from the treating phase through demand stages. Proactively provide support to injured clients. Establish professional relationships with clients to obtain vital case related information. Gather, review, and analyze medical records in preparation for demand and negotiation phase. Collaborate with and provide support for assigned Attorney. Maintain electronic and paper files. Should have 1+ years of personal injury Paralegal experience. Spanish skills are preferred.
