Regularly handle court appearances and depositions. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. JD from an accredited law school is required. Previous experience in civil defense litigation is preferred. Admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, NY admittance a plus. Completed Judicial Clerkship is a plus. Superior analytical skills are needed. Strong written and oral communication skills are needed.
