Attorney The candidate will serve as Managing Attorney. Will develop relationships with clients as they establish legal needs, provide counsel, help them understand their legal options, and represent them in court and negotiations. Will also conduct research, prepare legal documents, and perform other duties to ensure that clients receive the best legal solutions. Oversee the daily functions and responsibilities of the Illinois Attorney Team. Will be responsible for: pleading and placement review; contested litigation; appearing in court; Bar associations; knowing and understanding state work standards/change in law; knowing and understanding local appearance costs; knowing and understanding operations and strategically make recommendations for improvement in processes; and managing and overseeing the Illinois attorney team. Should have Juris Doctorate and admittance to Illinois Bar. Must have the ability to work well with a diverse group of staff, judges, opposing counsel & Circuit Court Clerks.
