Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate should be proficient at preparing Chapter 7 and 13 petitions, schedules, plans, filings, etc. Familiarity with Best Case or CINCompass preferred. ECF exp required. MUST have excellent phone, follow up and communication skills with clients. Retail or customer service experience a plus. Only those with more than a year of experience will be considered.
