Workers Compensation Attorney The candidate should be a new licensed attorney or an experienced attorney from another legal field. Should have ability to analyze work comp claims, review files for settlement and negotiate, conduct depositions, meet with clients through zoom, phone. In addition, the attorney will be conducting hearings and conferences over the telephone with Administrative Judges and opposing counsel. Calif State Bar Licensed and must be competent and able to communicate with clients, insurance adjusters and defense counsel. The candidate will be paid a salary plus get 10% of all attorney fees he/she settles with opposing counsel or claims adjusters on workers compensation claims. Attorney will be entitled to 10 days of vacation time over the following 12 months. 2 year of experience preferred. Note: Contract job.
