Medical Malpractice Paralegal The candidate will be drafting and responding to discovery demands. Prepare, submit and follow up on HIPAA and other record authorizations. Assisting with motions, deposition preparation and trial preparation. Summarizing transcripts and other legal documents. Must have a bachelor's degree; Paralegal Certificate is a plus. Should have 1+ years of litigation experience in NY Supreme Court, Medical malpractice defense experience is a plus.
