Attorney - Acquisitions and Corporate Transactions Candidate will work on sophisticated corporate transactions including reorganizations, restructures, financing and corporate governance. Will include reviewing and drafting corporate documents including LLCs, buy-sell agreements, operating agreements, entity formations, partnership agreements, promissory notes, and employee stock plans. Will have experience running M&A deals.
