Chemical & Material Science Patent Attorney The candidate will join our Chemical and Materials Technology group. Responsibilities include : The preparation of patent applications for multiple global corporations, along with accompanying prosecution and management of global patent portfolios. Interpersonal skills required as job includes a large degree of client interaction. Performing freedom-to-operate assessments, licensing, and agreements. Must have minimum, a bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or a related field of study, and be a member of the patent bar. Preferably, have patent drafting and prosecution experience. Training and mentoring provided for less-experienced. Must also have strong academic credentials, outstanding written and verbal skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. Bachelor's (Preferred).
