Family Law Paralegal The candidate will manage a caseload with a minimum of 60 cases. Prepare pleadings, propound and respond to discovery, and prepare and respond to various Requests for Order. Assisting with the preparation, filing, and service of pleadings. Perform legal and factual research. Prepare correspondence. Acting as liaison among all parties including the court or other neutral parties for scheduling and sharing information. A Bachelor's degree, associate degree or certificate program in paralegal studies preferred. Thorough knowledge of legal research techniques is required. must have Thorough knowledge of legal terminology. Thorough knowledge of legal communication principles and practices is required. Should have relevant computer software knowledge and experience.
