Litigation Attorney The candidate must have 1-3 years of civil litigation experience. Newly licensed attorneys will also be considered. Should be able to handle a significant volume of cases within the field of creditor's rights. Must be familiar with resolving issues in discovery practice, depositions, and conflict resolution. Appellate experience and knowledge of TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the Bankruptcy code are a plus. Hearing, trial, and other appearances may be required, as such some travel may be required. Should have expertise in the Florida legal system, passion for superior customer service, confidence, and unfettered judgment. Must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
