Litigation Attorney The candidate should preferably have 2+ years of Personal Injury experience. Should possess exceptional communication and organizational skills, an understanding of the litigation process and strong advocacy skills with trial experience and/or significant mock trial/moot court experience. Will also possess experience with depositions, mediations, research/writing/arguing motions, discovery and preparing and filing all trial related pleadings in state and federal court.
