Real Estate Closing Paralegal The candidate will be interacting directly with clients, realtors/brokers and lenders. Must have 2+ years of experience in residential real estate. Recent experience should include opening files, ordering and reviewing lien searches, title commitments and surveys, completing title insurance requirements for closing, preparing all closing documents and coordinating closings with clients and other relevant parties. Familiarity with Soft Pro software considered a plus.
