Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will support attorney in plaintiffs personal injury practice. Will be communicating with clients, medical providers, defendants' insurance or legal representatives, and court; ordering records and bills for and maintaining client files; drafting settlement demands and mediation statements; assisting attorney by drafting pleadings, responding to discovery, and scheduling conferences, mediations, depositions, and trials. Should preferably have 2+ years of personal injury paralegal experience. Must have good communication skills, attention to detail, and experience with litigation. Must have ability to use ICCES, case management software (such as Needles or TimeMatters).Word, Excel, and Outlook.
