Litigation Paralegal The candidate will join Personal Injury Litigation Division. Must have law firm experience in general personal injury work including medical billing and records requests, medical summaries, deposition scheduling and creation of deposition binders, creating of witness binders, ability to cut deposition clips and summarize deposition transcripts, scheduling and assisting with focus groups, drafting discovery, drafting pleadings, editing motions, and trial work. Strong academic credentials, writing skills and interpersonal skills are required. Paralegal certificate is preferred. Experience with Trial Pad, and litigation management software(s) preferred. Should have 2+ years of expeirence. Preferred Skills and Experience: Legal research Westlaw or Lexis; Draft legal memoranda; Draft pleadings; Negotiating skills; Mediation experience; Trial experience; Ability to request and review medical records; Trial Pad; Litigation management software(s).
