Part-Time Litigation Legal Secretary - Insurance Defense The candidate responsibilities will include: Assist attorneys with daily administrative tasks; Answer phones during work hours; Transcribe dictation (heavy); Calendar deadlines; Format all pleadings, discovery and correspondence; Schedule depositions, hearings, meetings, conference calls; File Court documents; Assist with document management and file organization. Must have 3+ years experience in a litigation position. Should have solid understanding of California civil litigation (state deadlines and rules). Experience with electronic Court filings is needed. High proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat is must.
