Banking Transactional Associate Attorney The candidate will work with nationally active team representing commercial lenders, finance companies and debt funds (agent banks, bank groups and individual lenders) in domestic and international secured and unsecured finance transactions. Should preferably have 2 years of experience in the practice area. Some bankruptcy or corporate transactional experience is helpful. Must be admitted to New Jersey Bar. Admittance to New York Bar is preferred.
