Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will intake, case review, composing and drafting pleadings and discovery, case documentation, pre-trial and trial motions and resolution of claims through settlement, arbitration/mediation or trial. Assist with the handling of all aspects of plaintiff litigation including meeting with and counseling clients on the legal issues, case evaluation, research and investigation of liability factors and development of case-related damages evidence. Should preferably have 2+ years of practical litigation experience. Bar license is required.
