Associate Attorney The candidate must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Must have excellent academic credentials. Must be an active member in good standing with the Arizona State Bar. Must have 3+ years of litigation experience in insurance defense. Should have a good understanding of civil litigation and a drive to provide exceptional client service. Must also have strong experience with motion practice, discovery disputes, conducting depositions, making court appearances, and trial preparation. Should have excellent oral advocacy and written communications skills.
