Litigation Paralegal - Los Angeles The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in insurance defense litigation. Must be skilled in case Evaluation; Document Management & Review; Medical Record Procurement; Review and Stigmatization; Discovery Management; Pre-Trial and Trial Prep. Must possess strong organizational skills and have the ability to work independently or within a team. Must have excellent writing, communication and computer skills. Experience with Aderant, FileSite, and CompuLaw, a plus.
