Intellectual Property Legal Secretary The candidate under the direction of the IP Practice Group Manager, the following are some of the responsibilities of the Client Liaison although the responsibilities may change and grow to meet the needs of the IP department: Liaison between attorneys, agents, and clients; Manage new application intake from the engagement letter through filing: Follow up with team regarding above mentioned application intake; Coordinate and manage missing formals with clients and paralegals; Manage disclosure videos and associated technologies; Interface with working attorneys to assist in tracking the drafting process; Assist in preparing for meetings with clients; Coordinate outside counsel guidelines. The candidate should have 5 years of patent prosecution experience from within a law firm, hold a Bachelor's degree, and be professional in demeanor. This individual will possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, in addition to having a strong attention to detail.
