Associate Attorney The candidate shall have a doctorate. The candidate will be expected to have some court room experience along with well developed research and writing skills . The right candidate will be afforded immediate litigation exposure including travel within the jurisdiction in which candidate practices. Shall include handling all aspects of the litigation process, including drafting pleadings, opposing motions, responding to discovery and appearing in court for settlement conferences and trials. May include some direct client communication. Shall experience or desire for court room appearances. Must be a team player. Negotiation skills with an eye towards dispute resolution. Effective written and verbal communication skills are required. Civil litigation experience and multi-jurisdictional admission is a plus but is not required. Must have good time management skills. Admission in California, Washington, Oregon and/or Utah is a plus but is not required. Must be a Colorado licensed attorney.
