Associate Attorney - New Attorney Mentoring The candidate will have the responsibilities that include trial, drafting, reviewing and analyzing legal documents, pleadings, motions, and discovery notices and responses; taking and defending depositions; appearances in court for motions and hearings; ability to perform legal research and possibly trial. The candidate should have a Florida Bar Membership. Insurance defense experience preferred. 1 year of civil litigation experience preferred.
