Associate Attorney The candidate Should have 3+ years of solid experience working as a defense attorney in the areas of premises liability and/or automobile personal injury claims. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, a strong background handling depositions and all aspects of pre-trial discovery. We seek candidates with experience in handling court appearances in the five boroughs, taking and defending depositions, and preparing cases for trial, including prepping witnesses and experts. NY Bar admission is required.
