Associate Attorney The candidate will be drafting answers, motions, briefs, and other pleadings. Preparing, and responding to, written discovery and taking depositions. Motion practice before trial courts. Must have 2+ years litigation experience. Familiarity with the topics of insurance and medical malpractice is preferred, but not required. 3+ years experience in briefs is required. 3+ years experience in discovery is required. 1+ years experience in defence is required. 3+ years experience in litigation is required.
