Pre-Litigation Paralegal The candidate will provide support to attorneys and staff, including but not limited to document drafting, legal research, and case file management. Contact clients, insurance companies, and medical providers as necessary. Maintain confidential information, including medical records, insurance details, and contact information. Should have 2-5 years of prior experience in a plaintiff firm. Must have 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury. Be skilled in the preparation of demands. Have excellent verbal and written communication with strict attention to detail and organization. Be proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel. Preferably have excellent communication skills. Be able to be compassionate to clients while still maintaining professionalism. Be able to draft professional letters that are free of grammar and spelling mistakes. Be able to learn new programs quickly. Be able to problem solve, follow instructions, and ask questions when necessary, and be detail-oriented. Spanish-speaking is a plus.
