Legal Assistant / Paralegal Personal Injury The candidate must be able to: Handle significant pre-litigation caseload from file setup and intake to demand. Handle moderate litigation cases as needed. Make and receive phone calls; case related calls- Draft letters, pleadings, and other documents. Organize and review medical records- Perform Filing, Calendaring, other clerical and/or case-related duties. 1 Year Personal Injury experience is a requisite. Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) is preferred.
