Workers' Compensation Paralegal The candidate's duties include: Maintain and monitor files through all aspects including preparation for formal hearings; Significant client contact; Correspondence and phone contact with medical providers, insurance adjusters and respondent's attorneys; Record and store client information. Must have (5) years experience as a paralegal. Should have proficiency and knowledge of Workers Compensation practice and procedure. Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
