Civil Litigation Attorney The candidate will handle variety of cases in many practice areas including: civil litigation, personal injury, trademarks and criminal defense. Experience in at least some of these areas is a must. Should preferably be an experienced civil litigation associate attorney with a strong research and writing background who is familiar with civil litigation in state and federal courts in FL. Portable business is a plus. Must have 2+ years of experience post JD. Should have strong research and writing abilities. Should preferably have IP Experience and TTAB Experience. Class action experience is essential. Patent Bar admitted or eligible (engineering / software background) is needed. Must be admitted to additional states (please list if so admitted). Bankruptcy Experience is essential. Active Florida Bar Membership is essential.
