Associate Attorney The candidate will be a key contributor to their successful firm. This position will support the firm with varied client services such as corporate formation, real estate transactions and related litigation, family law and small business litigation. Duties include counseling clients, preparing legal documents, legal research and court appearances. Must have excellent legal research and writing skills, be driven, able to take initiative, have 2+ years of general practice experience, and possesses a desire to provide legal services to a diverse client base throughout DFW and beyond. Should have Juris Doctorate.
