Paralegal - Insurance Coverage Litigation The candidate will assist in document review and organization, Prepare privilege logs, Preform fact research in Westlaw and Lexis/Nexis, Assist with depositions, Digest deposition transcripts, Cite checking, blue booking, shepardizing, fact checking, exhibit preparation and proof-reading of briefs, court filings and other documents, Prepare binders for trial, mediation, and motions, Records summarization, Prepare subpoenas, Case maintenance: organization of files such as correspondence, pleadings, discovery, and closing/archiving, Review court dockets in PACER and state court sites, Document and presentation preparation, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, Nuance PDF and other software, Assist with scanning projects, Assist with general office administration, 1-3 years of paralegal experience, insurance litigation background preferred, Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate, Strong written and communication skills, Well-developed organization and time management skills, Creative problem solver who takes initiative to accomplish tasks with a minimal level of supervision, Ability to learn quickly and perform in a fast-paced environment.
