Immigration Attorney The candidate will conduct client consultations to ascertain immigration relief. Successful management of an independent caseload. Analyze cases, determine case strategies and prepare clients for interviews, hearings and trials. Prepare and draft legal documents such as affidavits, briefs, motions and appeals. Facilitate the preparation of immigration packages for submission to the USCIS and EOIR. Represent clients before the Immigration Court. Other duties, activities, and responsibilities, as assigned. Must have JD degree from an accredited law school and active member in good standing of any State Bar. Should have 3+ years of verifiable immigration law experience. Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
