Legal Secretary The candidate will create and manage case files. Assisting the attorney in document preparation, word processing, case file organization and other administrative tasks. Answers telephones taking detailed messages. Must be comfortable speaking by telephone with attorneys, judicial officers and company officials. E-filing. Maintains confidential information in a professional and trustworthy manner. Investigative research. The candidate should have College degree. Legal secretary certificate preferred. Must have 2-5 years of legal secretary experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook) essential. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion with limited guidance. Excellent organization skills essential.
