Corporate Paralegal Clerk The candidate will prepare, index, retrieve and store files, organize project documents, perform extensive scanning and printing of documents, perform flawless proofreading of documents, complete minute book filing, type stock certificates, update stock journals, assemble transactional/closing binders, track FedEx deliveries and payment of vendor invoices, and other clerical and organizational tasks in a fast-paced corporate and securities law firm practice. Must have Bachelor s Degree and will possess an advanced aptitude for mathematical, spelling, proofreading and organizational skills. Proficiency in internet searches, Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat are required. Typing speed should be 50 words per minute is essential.
