Junior Paralegal The candidate will analyze and summarize documents, summarize deposition transcripts, prepare discovery responses, online legal and general research; draft case management conference statements and other basic pleadings; trial preparation (manage trial exhibits, draft jury instructions and trial subpoenas). Must have Undergraduate Degree - minimum 3.0 GPA and paralegal work experience or Paralegal Certificate, JD Degree, or 1 year law firm experience.
